April 3, 3 - 5 p.m. CAREER ADVANCEMENT AWARD RECIPIENT Nathan Snyder

Members and guests will enjoy the acclaimed tenor Nathan Snyder, our Spring Career Advancement Recipient who was recently praised for his "rich and nuanced" sound and "riveting" acting. The program promises a delightful showcase of Nathan's versatility, spanning contemporary repertoire, standard roles, and captivating concert performances. April 21, 3 p.m. Glory Denied presented by Opera Theatre of the Rockies

Air Force Academy Arnold Hall

Glory Denied tells the true story of America’s longest-held prisoner of war - Colonel Jim Thompson - who endures a nine-year ordeal in the jungle of southeast Asia during the Vietnam War. Through it all, he finds the strength to survive in memories of his family. Upon Jim’s liberation, however, he finds that his wife has begun a new relationship with another man, she has told their children that their father is dead, and his country is forever changed. Free Admission ($10/per person suggested donation).

Join us for an unforgettable opera theatre experience as Pikes Peak Opera League proudly presents a delightful adaptation of a beloved fairytale in "Little Red." Directed by Allison Watrous and written by Chad Henry, this charming musical brings together familiar characters like Little Red Riding Hood, the three little pigs, and Hansel and Gretel in a hilarious adventure filled with giggles and joy. Don't miss out on this enchanting journey through the woods, where imagination comes to life on stage! Fun for the entire family - a fun opera event that's a delight for all ages.
